OUR STORY
Coulange Immobilier is an independent Marseille property firm with a story spanning more than 70 years.
Founded in 1952 by Joseph Coulange, the firm was built on a simple belief: property is above all about being close to people, earning their trust and knowing the local market.
In 1983, Marc Devaux took over the firm and continued its development while preserving its independence, its Marseille roots and its long-standing client relationships.
In 2012, Mathieu Fernandez took the helm of Coulange Immobilier.
The firm entered a new chapter, growing, strengthening its organisation and modernising its tools while staying true to its character.
Over the years, Coulange has expanded its team and expertise in its established fields of co-ownership and rental property management, always aiming to offer clients attentive, responsive and lasting support.
Today, Coulange Immobilier is led by a team of professionals and partners who are directly involved in the firm’s day-to-day work.
Our independence gives us the freedom to make our own decisions, stay close to our clients and take responsibility for the quality of our service.
We know Marseille because we have worked here for generations. Its neighbourhoods, buildings and co-owned properties, and the way they change, are part of our daily work.
“Being close to home is more than a promise. It has been our way of working since 1952.”
